Solution; 1. goto sys. pref, click accounts, create a new account(administrator, not others), go into it. 2. make sure that you are in finder, click on go at the top left hand corner, click on utilities, then click on disk utility, click on Macintosh HD, click on 'repair disk permission. 3. After the LD finished the repair, try connecting to SST again, if this doesn't work, please inform the Apple Care Centre for assistance.
