                Walk to site
0915 hrs        Briefing with demonstration
0935 hrs        Planting Activity
1000 hrs        Photograph Taking
                 Debrief
1030 hrs        End

Attire: Breathable, comfortable clothings, covered footwear, cap or hat
Bring: Drinking water, sunblock, insect repellent, camera (optional)



That is the official program.
But I propose the following activities to add:
10.30 Farewell speeches and wishes.
11.00 Soft drinks and snacks.
12.00 End of the program.
