You are addicted to games on Facebook for example, farmville, mouse hunt, and some others. I think you should give it a break, like try not to play any of those games for a day or two. I suggest that you take that itself as a game or a challenge, for example, you can see how long you can go without the game(s). If you can go for very long without the game(s), say a week or two, reward yourself by letting yourself play the games like, once every 3 days. So, um, yeah. I guess it's just a matter of discipline. Or something. You gets.
