Online Gaming Addiction Letter

Dear Random Person addicted to gaming,

You should stop gaming as it is bad for you and your health. You will be anti-social, you will not be eating or drinking enough. You will not have enough nutrition to grow healthily. I know that it will     de-stress you but you will start to ignore those around you and thus causing emotional harm to the ones you ignore. Sooner or later, your health will start to suffer and you might faint and get sent to a hospital. There is more than one way to de-stress like reading a calming book or listening to some music. You could go out and play some sports to keep fit and de-stress at the same time.

If you are having problems to overcome your addiction, ask the people around you to help. The people around you will help you as long as you are willing to stop your addiction to gaming once and for all. They will forgive you for ignoring them and help you overcome your addiction.

So overcome your addiction and stop neglecting your health and the people around you.
